You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions of this independent contractor agreement ("Agreement") before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Certified Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent services and you should request termination of any account you may have with us. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 1 hour prior to yor scheduled appointment time. You are 100% responsible for payment if you do not cancel or change your appotiment less than 60 minutes before your appointment.
We work with law firms, as well as lending, funding, and title companies nationally.
If a particular signing requires the Notary to make more than one trip, we MUST be paid per trip; however, any additional trips MUST be negotiated and approved by Certified Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent.
In the event that the client does not sign the complete loan document package after all reasonable attempts have been made, including, but not limited to: If we are unable to preform notorial acts or non-notarial acts due to no fault of our own, such as the signer not being ready or willing to sign when the notary arrives, missing or unsuitable witnesses, document signer not having an acceptable valid, unexpired photo identification and/or not being legally competent in the notary's judgment of what is required under the law/or our sole interpretation of industry best practices, the signing will be deemed as a "No Sign”. The Notary will be compensated a "No Sign Fee" in the amount of $50.00 for signings originating at a signing rate of up to $100.00 and a "No Sign Fee" of $80.00 for signings originating at an initial rate exceeding $100.00.
For all appointments canceled, as well appointment change requests, with less than one hour notice, 50% of the fee for the missed appointment can be credited to a rescheduled appointment made within seven days of the original appointment.
The Notary will not reimburse you for any expenses you incur during the appointment time.
Accepted forms of Payments: CASH, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App.
Witnesses! The fee for witness that accompanies or NOT a Mobile Notary is $25.
